Before the Shine was formed by Jon and Mike in 2013 as a creative outlet, a way to write and share good songs.
Fast forward to 2019 and Andrew, Bill, and Steve are now part of the Shiners! Andrew's great song crafting as well as Bill Hall's amazing guitar playing have taken the songs to a new level
