2019 California Merlot. Medium-bodied fruity wine with aromas of plum, cherry, and cocoa. Aged in french oak barrels for 11 months. This medium-bodied dry red pairs best with grilled or roasted beef.

2019 California Cabernet Sauvignon. A rich, inky full-bodied dry red. Aged in both American and French oak. This smooth, oaky Cab is perfect to enjoy in front of the fire watching the snow fall.

This 2018 Medium-bodied Syrah has fruity dry red wine has lovely aromas of berries and just enough tannin to win you over. Aged in American oak. Grab a smoked gouda and have yourself a great snack.

Nouveau
Traditionally, Nouveau is the first wine of the new harvest. We can’t think of a better way to celebrate the winter holidays that follow another growing season than with this light and fruity red wine. Harvested by hand, fermented in stainless steel, and bottled by the second week of November. Enjoy this wine with roast turkey, honey-glazed ham, or a little cranberry relish. Young, light, fruity semi-dry red made from estate-grown Leon Millot grapes.
The first wine released after harvest each year.

Pinot Noir
Everyone loves a good Pinot Noir. This 2019 Russian River Valley Pinot Noir is light-bodied with intense berry flavors. Enjoy in the summer as much as you do in the winter. Pair with tureky, duck or fatty fish and all the berries you can get your hands on.

Zinfandel
2019 California Zinfandel. A full-bodied dry red aged in French oak for 20 months. This red has big oak aromas and flavors mixed with dark berries. Pair this bold red with BBQ meats or hard cheeses on a chilly winter evening.

Exodus
Inky, Smoky, and Rich. A medium-bodied red we’d walk a long way for (maybe not 40 years in the desert, but you get the idea). Medium-bodied dry red blend made from Italian varieties. Aged with French oak. Pair with game meats and soft cheese.

Cabernet Franc
Our estate-grown dry Cabernet Franc red wine is pleasingly light in body with a gorgeous purple color. Slightly oaked with fruit forward flavors. Cabernet Franc is a great food wine, pair with big meat entrees, spicy herbs, and goat cheese.
