Photo Contest
The Winery at Wolf Creek photo contest begins April 1, 2022, and ends May 31, 2022 at 11:59pm Eastern Standard Time. By submitting an entry, each contestant agrees to the rules of the contest and states that he or she is 21 years of age or older.
Anyone 21 years of age or older is eligible to enter except for those affiliated with the Winery at Wolf Creek as an employee or their immediate families.
Photos of the winery and its property are eligible for the contest. Only original photos may be submitted and by submitting a photo, contestants are stating that the photo(s) submitted are indeed original works.
In the case that a person is recognizable in the photo, you must be prepared to provide a model release from the subject(s) or, in the case of a minor, the subjects’ parent or guardian (see model release addendum).
Photos that violate another person’s rights, including but not limited to copyright, are not eligible.
Photos can be submitted via Instagram by posting the photo(s) and submitting it with the hashtag: #wineryatwolfcreek2022
We do not accept photos submitted thru the mail, email, or any other method.
You retain your rights to your photograph(s), but by entering the contest you grant the Winery at Wolf Creek a royalty-free, world-wide, perpetual, non-exclusive license to publicly display the photo(s) in advertising in print, digital form, and social media.
