Annual Goat Derby

The Winery at Wolf Creek
Saturday, May 2nd
Races at 1pm and 3pm
Come join us at the Winery at Wolf Creek for the Annual Goat Derby!
While we can’t say that they move at lightening speed or even in a straight line, each goat will be ‘racing’ for a great cause. Princess Zelda will be ‘racing’ for Happy Trails Farm Animal Sanctuary, Cunning Clover will be ‘racing’ for Pawsibilities Humane Society of Greater Akron, and Old Lady Mona will be ‘racing’ for Mercy’s Door Pet Rescue. Guests can place donation ‘bets’ on their pick for the winning goat and the winery will match all donations! Races will be held at 1pm & 3pm.

Prizes for guests will be awarded for best Derby hat or fashion. Andy will be on hand to make Mint Juleps until the mint runs out to authenticate the event!

Come join the fun, meet the goats, and celebrate the spring!
This event is FREE! No need to print a ticket. Just come on out and meet the ladies and donate to some great animal charities!
